From November 4 to November 7, 2024, Nabati China successfully held its 2025 CNY Peak Season Launch Conference in Changsha, Hunan. This grand event brought together the company's management, top dealer partners, sales teams, and various support departments to jointly inaugurate a new chapter for 2025. Through this conference, Nabati not only strengthened internal communication and cooperation but also made thorough preparations to meet future market challenges, demonstrating firm confidence in the new year's development.

On November 5, Mr. Tian Lei, Country Manager of Nabati China, delivered the opening speech, followed by Ms. Ma Yiming, National Sales Head who provided a review and outlook on sales performance. The Sales and Marketing Departments then gave detailed presentations on CNY activities, market insights, and new product information. Special guests included Mr. Zhao Bo, an expert in the fast-moving consumer goods industry and founder of New Distribution, along with several dealer representatives who shared their valuable experiences. During the evening banquet, an awards ceremony and performances from various regions added to the festive atmosphere.

The next day, Mr. Tian Lei addressed the attendees again, while Ms. Ma Yiming shared detailed business updates. The Sales Department reviewed various sales projects and proposed future plans. Ms. Yang Lan, HC and Procurement Head, encouraged everyone to face each challenge with a positive attitude, humorously advising them to "banish bananas" (a playful way to discourage worrying). The HR department shared the philosophy of " Totally Customer" and the story behind it, whereas the Supply Chain Department provided specifics on CNY logistics arrangements and procedures for handling defective products.

On the first and last days of the conference, major regions and key provinces reported on their 2024 reviews, CNY plans, and 2025 sales strategies. These discussions helped the company collectively formulate the upcoming year's sales strategy and layout, ensuring that all teams had a clear direction and could move forward collaboratively.1
