1. Achieve various sales assessment targets in the regional market;
2. Develop and manage regional distributors, assist distributors in building distribution networks and planning sales activity plans according to company requirements;
3. Supervise dealers to complete the required data submission of the company on time;
4. Coordinate the cooperation between the company and distributors, and enhance the cooperation and cooperation among regional distributors;
5. Manage dealer inventory and orders, follow up on the arrival of goods, and maintain dealer inventory at a reasonable level;
6. Manage and control sales budgets to maximize the utilization of sales expenses and resources in channels, and improve the efficiency of expense utilization;
7. Recruitment, training, and management of business personnel and sales guides.
1. College degree or above, practical experience in market deployment, proficient in using computer office software;
2. At least three years of sales experience in fast-moving consumer goods, and at least one year of sales supervisor experience;
3. Familiar with the regional fast-moving consumer goods market and terminal channels;
4. Market management and analysis, able to independently carry out sales supervisor work;
5. Guide and evaluate the team, guided by goal performance;
6. Strong understanding, judgment, and communication skills.
