At the beginning of 2024, Nabati launched the first Micro-Lesson Competition, themed "Insight Through Detail, Crafted with Heart", aiming to encourage employees to showcase their self-driven spirit and submit creative micro-lesson works. To further enhance participants' micro-lesson production skills and optimize course content quality, Nabati specially designed the "Seven Steps to Creative Vision" micro-lesson agile production workshop, held over three days and two nights in Wuzhen.

During the intensive and fulfilling workshop, participants underwent more than 10 hours of professional training each day led by experienced instructors. The evenings were dedicated to refining their courseware. Through in-depth discussions on content creation and repeated practice with software techniques, each participant had the opportunity to progressively refine their work. On the final day of the workshop, everyone presented their meticulously prepared micro-lessons.

This "Seven Steps to Creative Vision" micro-lesson agile production workshop not only significantly improved Nabati employees' micro-lesson production skills but also highlighted once again the "self-driven" spirit upheld by Nabati staff. Through this event, employees not only acquired practical knowledge and technical skills but also enhanced team cohesion through mutual exchange and collaboration.
