Nabati has specially invited a professional consulting team from Derui Chuangneng to enhance the organization's innovation capabilities using design thinking and business thinking methodologies from Stanford University. The project aims to build a vibrant innovation ecosystem for Nabati, aiding in the achievement of its 2024 strategic goals.
The Innovation project promotes innovation through a series of meticulously designed activities. Initially, one-on-one in-depth interviews are conducted to understand employees' thoughts and needs, uncovering potential innovation opportunities. Following this, innovation workshops are held, alongside the implementation of a 90-day Odyssey coaching plan to assist participants in transforming their ideas into feasible projects. Finally, through debriefing sessions and outcome showcases, learning experiences are shared and achievements celebrated.
These activities not only enhance the innovative capabilities of Nabati’s internal teams but also promote cross-departmental collaboration and communication. Through this process, Nabati hopes to inspire creativity among all employees, encouraging them to propose new ideas and apply these concepts to their daily work. This initiative aims to inject fresh momentum into the company's continuous development.
