On March 6, 2024, Nabati China held its first quarter all-employee meeting of the year, reviewing the company’s achievements over the past year and setting strategic directions for the new year.

Country Manager Mr. Tian Lei began by summarizing the company's sales performance and market conditions in 2023, highlighting key priorities for the second quarter. His address laid the foundation for Nabati China's future development trajectory.

Following Mr. Tian’s presentation, Financial Manager Mrs. Zhang Li delved into “Revenue Management in Financial Administration,” providing valuable insights and essential guidelines for effective financial oversight.

National Sales Planner Manager Mr. Tao Zhengsheng then shared detailed analyses of regional sales performances, outcomes of the CNY competition, and a summary of the GOSO event, emphasizing the importance of competitive spirit and teamwork within the company.

HC and Procurement Head Mrs. Yang Lan introduced Nabati’s 2024 theme activities, briefly explaining the meanings behind the four core themes: “Customer Delight with Flavor,” “Sweet Innovation,” “Self-Motivation to Create Beauty,” and “Teamwork to Share Success.” Subsequently, Zhang Fen, Wang Shanghua, and Fan Jiahui provided detailed presentations on the specific contents of the four theme activities for the first quarter.

Supply Chain Head Mr. Shi Leiming shared insights on “End-to-End Supply Chain KPI Management,” stressing the need for robust logistical support from the supply chain to support frontline sales efforts.

The meeting concluded with the graduation ceremony of the first “Good Buddy” project of 2024.
