New Year's Address from Mr. Tian Lei, General Manager of Nabati China

Dear all Enerlife China team, our partners and friends,

New Year greetings to you all!

The Dragon Year is coming, and everything looks fresh . On the occasion of the Spring Festival, I would like to extend my most sincere blessings and best wishes to all of you on behalf of the company! I also wish Nabati China and all business partners a prosperous new year!

In the past year, Nabatiers have experienced market challenges and opportunities together, and always maintained a sense of mission and urgency. We also contributed our wisdom and sweat, strived consistently and walked in step with each other. We hold a strong belief of our mission and moving forward, growing and progressing together with the company!

In the rapidly changing market environment in 2023, we ‘forced the way forward’. We went ‘Agile’, continuously upgraded and actively embraced new categories, markets, channels and new sceneries. We implemented multi-category practice and continued to introduce brand new flavors, which became market highlights. Meanwhile, new sales scenarios and channels were seeked and special channels were expanded, including cinema, wedding and closed channels, etc. We proactively embraced New Retail, including O2O, community group buying, snack shops, etc. Series of theme activities were organized and products were fit in the daily life of consumers in order to enhance brand image, product exposure and popularity. In this process, we always took ‘Totally Customer’to meet the needs of consumers, innovate and actively explored the market opportunities.

Through the promotion of systematic and digitalization, our company provided everyone with a more convenient platform which owned rich learning resources and development opportunities, and activated our enthusiasm and creativity. The implementation of sales system provided strong support for company's stable operation and sustainable development. Standardized management not only greatly improved efficiency and promoted the flow of information between departments, but also strengthened information synchronization and worked collaboration between the company and dealers. The launch of the ‘E-Learning’platform played role of setting-up learning organization and organizational experience extraction. By using this platform, we can develop ourselves in our spare time. All of us were ‘Self-driven’and enriched their knowledge and skills to enhance efficiency and innovation. With the promotion of SCRUM management system, we took a solid step in the aspects of agile management and‘Team Player’, which helped company respond quickly in constantly changing market environments. Nabatiers were ‘Agile’. 

Nabati has long committed to public welfare and undertaken corporate social responsibility. In 2023, we led the second generation to participate together, hence, this love were inherited. Nabati team helped 2023 Dream New Year Charity Show and went to schools in remote areas for public welfare empowerment and exchanged activities with J&E public welfare organization, performed at the ‘Nursing Home’ with second generation of Nabati, took part in the Tencent 99 charity bazaar, Xinzhuang Town charity bazaar and other activities. Nabatiers delivered products to the impacted area in at the earliest time in order to send warmth there in Gansu earthquake in January... Nabati interpreted the concept of ‘Excellence’with practical actions. It not only showed excellent quality in products, but also spirit of excellence in public welfare activities. Pursuit of excellence broadened road of Nabati's public welfare, but also involved people to feel the temperature and power of our brand.

In 2024, the market will be full of challenges, but also full of opportunities continually. We should further uphold the concept of ‘Totally Customer’, ‘Team player’, ‘Self-driven’ and ‘Agile’, and strive for providing better quality products, cooperating more closely with customers, and actively embracing the opportunity of new scenes and new channels, so that consumers can enjoy every bite of Nabati any time and our team and partners enjoy a cheerful and colorful life any where!
