"Foundation Season" Comes to a Successful Close

With the "Foundation Season" as its starting point, Season 5 of "My Team Lead, My Team" quietly took root in Q1. Through skill-sharing sessions, heartfelt crafts, and musical connections, each sincere interaction laid a solid foundation for personal growth and team culture.

Cheese Craft Club hosted a pipe cleaner flower workshop, where 20 colleagues gathered around the table and transformed ordinary pipe cleaners into lifelike bouquets. Each participant kept one flower for themselves and gifted two to colleagues in the office — turning "One Team, One Goal, One Spirit" from a slogan into a tangible warmth passed from hand to hand.

Skills Alliance launched a month-long skill-sharing series called "Let's Talk," covering topics ranging from life hacks and work techniques to learning strategies. Every participant stepped up as a "skill host," putting self-drive and flexible innovation into practice through the joy of sharing.

Music Society created a personalized "music profile" for every member — capturing their favorite songs, the melodies with the most meaningful stories, and the bands they most wanted to recommend. Music became a medium of connection, bringing the club's vision of "music woven into everyday life" to life, and using listening as a way to understand each unique individual.
